Hi Bruce,
I just wanted to thank you for the inspection and the detailed report. You are clearly an outstanding professional in your field! I am lucky to have found you. I have my carpenter coming in the morning and I will show him the report so he'll know what needs to be done. (He is also my cousin so I can trust him!) I only have one question about the report. On page 62, in the pictures of
the attick, what is the clump of white stuff? Is that an insect nest or bat droppings? Well, that's it for now.
